For more than 26 years, Dr. Rebecca Parks has dedicated her career to helping educators create schools where students thrive, teachers feel empowered, and learning extends far beyond the classroom.

As a teacher, instructional coach, principal, and educational leader, Rebecca has spent her career turning bold ideas into meaningful results. Her passion for Place-Based Learning grew from a simple belief:

Today, through Beyond the Classroom, Rebecca partners with schools, districts, universities, and organizations across the country to design professional learning experiences that inspire educators and transform learning.

Throughout her career she has:

• Led elementary schools for more than 20 years

• Founded and led the nationally recognized LENS School, an innovative micro-school centered on real-world learning

• Implemented successful MTSS systems

• Coached teachers and leadership teams
